With its large field of view for capturing big samples in one shot, with long Z range and telecentric lens for reaching deep holes or large steps and outstanding measuring speed - this multi-sensor surface profiler is a multi talent indeed.
The combination of an areal measuring white-light interferometer and the chromatic confocal sensor make sure to capture all form and structural surface details. Record two million measurement points on the large 44 x 33 mm single field of view within just seconds without the need for stitching – or extend the image field size to 230 x 220 mm. With a large 70 mm vertical range and an excellent vertical resolution regardless of the image field size, Pro.Surf+ offers vast options and flexibility for your measurements.
