Microstructure User Meeting 2026

Symposium on optical vibration measurement
March 19, 2026, Waldbronn

After 18 successful Vibrometer User Meetings at its German headquarters over the past 35 years, Polytec is excited to launch the Microstructure User Meeting 2026. This premier international event will bring together experts and practitioners to explore cutting-edge developments in optical vibration measurement for MEMS, ultrasonic transducers, acoustic waves, and other microstructure applications.

Join us on Thursday, March 19, at Polytec Headquarters in Waldbronn, Germany, for a day of inspiring presentations, interactive discussions, and collaborative networking. Our aim is to create a high-level platform where knowledge is shared, new ideas emerge, and connections extend beyond our existing community.

Key Topics of the Event are:

MEMS Mirrors
MEMS Microphones
MEMS Membranes and Pressure Sensors
CMUT & PMUT
Inertial Sensors
Wafer Mapping of MEMS Devices

SAW Components & Microfluidics
Cantilevers and AFM Tips
