Curing adhesives with high throughput
The OmniCure® S1500 Pro UV spot curing lamp is a powerful and versatile system, offering industry-leading control, reliability and high intensity radiation in a versatile UV mercury lamp system for automated manufacturing. OmniCure® S1500 Pro, the newest member of the S-Series, excels in many applications. Especially in high-throughput UV adhesive curing for microelectronics and optoelectronics. The system features Intelli-Lamp® 2.0 for longer lamp life and optimal performance, user-replaceable filters, StepCure 2.0 for customizable curing profiles, USB/SD connectivity and an intuitive LCD touchscreen user interface.
The system features patented 200 Watt Intelli-Lamp® technology with a typical UV mercury lamp life of up to 4,000 hours and a lamp ignition guarantee of at least 2,000 hours. Fast and effective UV curing of adhesives is achieved with high intensity radiation of up to 23 W/cm2.
Full compatibility with the OmniCure® S1500
The further development S1500 Pro was designed for the highest requirements in Industry 4.0 processes. The system ensures full compatibility with the S1500 for all established hardening processes. It contains the same halogen lamp with identical spectrum and optical performance as the original S2000/S1500, the identical filter availability, optical focal point and fiber optic compatibility as well as the command set for automated setups. There is also an available PLC adapter for drop-in replacement in existing S1500 setups.

- The OmniCure® S2000 Intelli-Lamp® is guaranteed to ignite for at least 2,000 hours of operation with a maximum service life of up to 4,000 hours.
- Automatic tracking of UV lamp hours
- Each Intelli-Lamp® chip module automatically records and maintains UV lamp operating hours to facilitate lamp warranty activation when needed.
- Broad spectral output
- The Intelli-Lamp® delivers output across virtually the entire visible and UV spectrum, making it suitable for a wide range of adhesive/substrate bonding applications.
- Pre-aligned & focussed
- Snap-in insertion enables quick and easy Intelli-Lamp® installation while ensuring consistent alignment of the optical tube and UV sensor.
