高速光学振动测量

HSV-100 高速型激光测振仪可同时测量振动位移和振动速度（高达40m/s）。用户可根据实际应用配置精确、同步的多通道系统；例如，将安装在电动测试台上不同速度下的阀门升程曲线与期望值进行比较。同时，还用于测量千赫兹范围内的阀门跳动等。HSV-100 内置数字式解码器，提供低噪声、精确的测量结果，还能补偿测试台振动。
