FireEdge Curing Systems
FE100 – Ultra-slim, passively cooled UV LED curing
The Phoseon® FireEdge FE100 is an ultra-compact UV LED curing system for space-constrained applications. Passive cooling by natural convection eliminates the need for external forced-air cooling or a chiller. Its slim form factor, instant on/off capability and full intensity control enable precise UV processing of adhesives and coatings. Available at 365, 385, 395 and 405 nm, the FE100 delivers up to 2 W/cm² peak irradiance and offers emitting windows in lengths from 80 to 240 mm.
FE400 – Flexible and Scalable UV LED Curing
The Phoseon® FireEdge FE400 is a compact, air-cooled UV LED curing system combining high UV output with flexible integration. Patented TargetCure™ technology provides precise, predictable and stable UV output, while WhisperCure™ enables quieter operation. Built-in intensity control supports precise process adjustment, and multiple units can be seamlessly scaled end-to-end for wider curing areas with uniform UV output. With up to 8 W/cm² peak irradiance, the FE400 is ideal for curing adhesives and coatings.
FE410 – High-power UV LED curing for increased throughput
The Phoseon® FireEdge FE410 combines a compact design with up to 50% higher irradiance, power and dose than the FE400, enabling faster processing and increased throughput. It delivers up to 10 W/cm² peak irradiance and features TargetCure™ technology for precise and predictable UV output. Built-in intensity and segment control provide precise UV coverage while helping reduce energy consumption. Multiple units can be scaled end-to-end for larger curing areas. Ideal for demanding adhesive, coating and 3D curing applications.
