The AC275 and AC2110 deliver over 2.5 W/ cm² peak irradiance with exceptional uniformity across the curing area. Individually controlled LED modules ensure consistent, repeatable results, while the compact design enables easy integration into automated systems and space-constrained production environments. Ideal for reliable curing of adhesives and coatings.
AC4 – Uniform UV curing at longer working distances
The OmniCure AC4 Series delivers over 8 W/cm² peak irradiance with exceptional uniformity, even at longer working distances. Custom front-end optics and individually controlled LED modules provide consistent UV output across curing areas from 50 to 75 mm wide. Precise control of irradiance and exposure time ensures the correct UV dose for reliable, repeatable processes.
The compact, air-cooled design simplifies integration without the need for additional ventilation, ozone extraction or a chiller.
AC5 – High-power UV LED curing for fast processes
The OmniCure AC5 Series delivers up to 14 W/cm² peak irradiance for fast and uniform small-area UV curing.
