The new location strengthens Polytec’s presence in one of the world’s most dynamic technology and manufacturing markets. At the same time, it provides a foundation for supporting customers in India more directly and expanding access to local expertise in vibration measurement and surface metrology.
As part of the inauguration ceremony, Dr. Alexander Huber, CEO of Polytec, and the Polytec Metrology India team officially opened the new office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event also provided an opportunity for customers, partners, and guests from industry and academia to connect and exchange ideas.
A key feature of the new location is the demo center. Here, customers can experience applications and measurement solutions firsthand, discuss technical challenges with local experts, and explore Polytec technologies for vibration measurement and surface metrology in a practical environment. Visitors also had the opportunity to experience a range of measurement solutions live, including VibroScan Xtra and VibroGo from the vibrometry portfolio as well as MicroView and ProSurf from the Surface Metrology portfolio.

The inauguration marks the beginning of a new chapter for Polytec in India. The local team combines Polytec’s global expertise with personal support on site and further strengthens collaboration with customers, universities, research institutions, and industry partners across the country.
