Fast and efficient curing
The OmniCure® UV LED V3 heads have been specifically designed to reduce manufacturing costs through faster UV curing, higher energy efficiency and improved control and monitoring features. The innovative design of the UV LED V3 heads offers superior thermal management for dissipating the heat generated by the LEDs thanks to its copper core and optimised aluminium heat sinks. This enables efficient air cooling even under the most demanding production conditions.
The LX500-V3 heads are equipped with a new locking connector that ensures a secure connection and easy installation in the controller with the LX500 controller.
As standard, we offer LED heads with the common wavelengths of 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm. Other wavelengths can be realised on request. Talk to our experts about this. With our large selection of lenses, every application can be specified precisely.
