High-performance UV LED curing systems for adhesives, coatings, and inks
The OmniCure AC9 series are high-performance UV LED curing systems with a peak irradiance of more than 14 W/cm2 for fast curing of printing inks, adhesives, and coatings. The innovative design of the AC9 series features a high-performance, air-cooled solution with a small form factor that enables high belt speeds in industrial manufacturing and printing applications.
The AC9 series AC9150, AC9150P, AC9225, AC9225P, AC9300, and AC9300P UV LED curing systems are equipped with state-of-the-art end optics to achieve an ideal combination of powerful, high peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity at varying working distances. The three AC9-P versions of the AC9 series are equipped with a replaceable window on the outside for easier maintenance in printing applications. A patented method for addressing the power of individual UV LED modules enables exceptional uniformity across the entire curing area. The scalable design allows multiple heads to be customized individually and flexibly without compromising the uniformity produced.
