FireJet Curing Systems
ONE – Maximum UV power in a compact design
The FireJet ONE combines a compact, air-cooled design with up to 20 W/cm² peak irradiance for demanding UV curing of coatings and adhesives. Its unique optics provide excellent uniformity at the substrate surface, while emitting windows from 75 to 375 mm and end-to-end scalability enable flexible adaptation to different curing widths. The self-contained system offers intensity control, instant on/off operation and optional Modbus TCP communication for easy integration into automated production environments.
FJ100 – Compact and scalable high-intensity UV curing
The FireJet FJ240 is designed for demanding curing processes requiring high UV dose and longer dwell times. Its broad 40 mm exposure window delivers more UV energy than the FireJet ONE and FJ100, with up to 16 W/ cm² peak irradiance. Emitting windows from 75 × 40 to 375 × 40 mm and a scalable architecture provide flexibility for different curing areas.
TargetCure™ ensures precise and predictable UV output, while WhisperCure™ supports quieter operation.
The FireJet FJ100 Gen2 combines high irradiance with a compact, fully self-contained design for easy integration in space-constrained production environments. Its scalable architecture supports custom curing lengths, with emitting windows from 75 to 375 mm. Patented TargetCure™ technology provides precise and predictable UV output, while WhisperCure™ enables quieter operation. Digital and analog control as well as optional Modbus TCP communication provide additional flexibility for automated curing processes.
FJ240 – High UV dose with a wide exposure area
FJ800 – Scalable UV curing for large areas
The FireJet FJ800 is designed for large-area adhesive and coating curing processes requiring low irradiance and long dwell times. Starting with a 100 × 100 mm UV footprint, its modular architecture can be scaled in both length and width to create custom curing areas with uniform UV illumination.
Available at 365 or 395 nm, the system provides over 90% uniformity and is operated by a separate intuitive controller capable of controlling up to six light sources.
FJ801 – Precise large-area UV curing for electronics manufacturing
The FireJet FJ801 is a modular large-area UV LED curing system optimized for adhesive and coating processes in electronics manufacturing, including micro-speakers and camera modules. Starting from a 100 × 100 mm curing area, multiple units can be scaled to provide contiguous UV output over larger areas. TargetCure™ technology ensures precise and predictable process performance, while an intuitive touchscreen controller provides access to key operating data. Four wavelengths from 365 to 405 nm offer additional process flexibility.
