UV curing ring
The curing ring technology enables the light output of a light guide of 360 degrees. The standard ring for use with liquid light guides is available in solid or slotted versions. Curing rings are ideal for connecting a range of medical devices such as catheters and tubes, cables or other parts that require 360 degree curing.

| Features | Advantages |
|---|---|
| 360-degree light beam | Homogeneous curing across the entire substrate, eliminates uneven curing |
| Available in solid, slotted or hinged versions | Less user intervention |
| Can be coupled with standard Excelitas liquid light guides and high performance fiber optic light guides | Can be easily adapted to any assembly process |
Fiber optic line adapter
The UV light pipe optical adapter converts the light spot of the light pipe into a focused, linear beam of curing energy. The light line effectively cures small component rows, paint on tubing and cable, and anything requiring a line length up to two inches. It also performs stapling and strain relief of multi-stranded wires and edge bonding of flat panel displays.

| Features | Advantages |
|---|---|
| Can be coupled with liquid and high-performance fiber optic light guides (5 mm) | Can be easily adapted to any mounting process |
| Standard length 5 cm | Uniform distribution of linear light |
| Uniform, linear light beam | Improved process control |
Dot collimation adapter
The adjustable collimation adapter is ideal for any application that requires a uniform spot from 2.54 to 15.2 cm. The benefit of even power distribution allows the user to cure adhesive evenly without having to compensate for uneven light distribution.

| Features | Advantages |
|---|---|
| Uniform point from 2.54 cm to 15.2 cm | Low costs for small series production |
| Available in diameter sizes of 3 mm, 5 mm and 8 mm | Can be easily adapted to light guides from Lumen Dynamics |
| Includes light guide holder specific to the light guide size | Less user intervention |
