Monitor curing processes remotely
TheOmniCure® S2E network module is designed to save maintenance time and keep production running smoothly through remote process monitoring and control of the UV curing device. The S2E complements the OmniCure® family of S-Series UV spot curing systems and provides the high level of innovation, quality and reliability that customers have come to expect from us.
The OmniCure® S2E Ethernet adapter enables production facilities to enter a new era of connectivity with the ability to remotely access up to 300 UV curing systems on a LAN while monitoring their activity and maintenance requirements via the OmniCure® monitoring station software.

Step-Cure
The OmniCure® S2E enhances the functionality of the S-Series products and provides StepCure capabilities for the S1500 and earlier generations of the S2000.
Step curing from a low initial power through a short pause and then continuing the sequence at high power results in less shrinkage and greater bond strength for some adhesives.
Effectively optimizing a UV cured bond/assembly using the StepCure process can result in improved bond consistency, increased throughput and less product rework/inspection.
