Polytec started distributing electro-optical and IR test systems more than 50 years ago. At Enforce Tac, the focus is on electro-optical measurement technology such as laser and laser rangefinder test systems, missile warning test systems, as well as testing for optical sights and scopes (boresight testing). The portfolio is complemented by blackbody radiators, collimators, radiometers, and spectroradiometers.
Furthermore, Polytec is showcasing multi-sensor test systems for sensors and cameras in the UV, VIS, and IR ranges.
Another trade fair focus is modern laser vibrometers for non-contact, high-precision vibration measurement. Optical measurement technology makes vibrations visible and supports the analysis of critical resonances as well as the optimization of robust and reliable systems for defense and security applications.
For 3D high-speed deformation and strain measurement—for example on rifle barrels—Polytec demonstrates digital image correlation (DIC) and fiber optic sensing measurement systems.
