Utilising advanced UV LED technology, the uniquely designed OmniCure® LX500 spot curing system features proprietary Intelli-Lamp® technology to monitor LED head temperature and lifetime data, and automatically maintains optical stability at +/- 5% to ensure your application's process reliability. Available in a 2 or 4-channel configuration, the OmniCure LX500 is the most flexible and cost-effective option for industrial manufacturing.
The OmniCure LX500 system controller offers a robust and intuitive user interface with the ability to control up to four UV LED spot curing heads simultaneously or independently at different wavelengths: As standard, we offer LED heads at the common wavelengths of 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm. Other wavelengths can be realised on request, please talk to our experts.
For long-term stability of the light source, the new LED heads can be calibrated within tight tolerances, ensuring a repeatable curing process and precise control of the UV irradiance. The LX500 features StepCure® 2.0, which allows the operator to programme different profiles via each channel on a single LED head or multiple LED heads.
