High-power UV LED area curing for industrial coatings
The water-cooled Phoseon VeriCure is designed for demanding industrial coating processes requiring wide curing areas and high production speeds. Patented Semiconductor Light Matrix (SLM)™ technology combines high UV output and dose with uniform, precisely controllable UV delivery. Emitting widths from 750 to 1,350 mm enable efficient processing of large areas.
VeriCure delivers up to 20 W/cm² peak irradiance and a typical dose of 500 mJ/cm² at 50 m/min. Multiple wavelengths and extensive communication interfaces simplify integration into industrial production lines.
