The OmniCure AC Series combines high-performance UV LED technology with exceptional uniformity for reliable large-area curing. AC7 – Uniform large-area curing at longer working distances

The OmniCure AC7 Series combines over 5 W/cm² peak irradiance with exceptional uniformity for consistent and repeatable large-area UV curing. Custom front-end optics provide high peak irradiance at longer working distances, while multiple AC7150 and AC7300 systems can be adjoined without compromising optical performance. Available at 365 and 395 nm, the compact, air-cooled systems are ideal for adhesive and coating applications such as displays, touch panels, thin films and fibers.

AC8 – High-power, uniform and scalable UV curing

The OmniCure AC8 Series delivers over 8 W/cm² peak irradiance with exceptional uniformity for consistent large-area UV curing. Patented individual control of the UV LED modules ensures uniform output across curing widths from 150 to 300 mm. Multiple heads can be adjoined while maintaining optical uniformity, enabling customized curing areas and increased throughput. 

Available at 365 and 395 nm, the compact, air-cooled design integrates easily into new or existing production lines.

AC8-HD – High-dose UV LED curing for demanding processes

The OmniCure AC8-HD Series is designed for large-area curing applications requiring exceptionally high UV dose. Delivering over 15 W/cm² peak irradiance and double the dose of the standard AC8 Series, it enables demanding processes and higher production speeds. Patented individual LED module control provides outstanding uniformity and precise process control. 

Available in 150, 225 and 300 mm curing widths and at 385, 395 and 405 nm, multiple systems can be adjoined for larger customized curing areas.

AC9 – High-Intensity UV Curing for Fast Production Processes

The OmniCure AC9 Series delivers over 14 W/cm² peak irradiance for fast curing of adhesives and coatings in industrial manufacturing. Despite its high UV output, the compact, air-cooled design enables easy integration into production equipment. 

Available in curing widths of 150, 225 and 300 mm, multiple systems can be adjoined while maintaining uniform UV output across larger areas. Integrated PLC controls provide convenient control of UV intensity and system alarms for automated production processes.

AC9225-F – High-intensity UV LED curing for optical fibers

The OmniCure AC9225-F is specifically designed for high-speed curing of optical fiber coatings. Its innovative optical design optimizes UV delivery onto the fiber, achieving up to 80 W/cm² irradiance on the fiber in a standard face-to-face configuration. 

The scalable, air-cooled system supports higher process speeds without complex integration changes. A replaceable outer window simplifies maintenance, while an LED lifetime of over 40,000 hours and up to 60% lower power consumption compared with traditional arc lamps help reduce operating costs.
