- Schedule an appointment for a first consultation. Together, we’ll define your measurement requirements and clarify any questions regarding the handling of your samples and any confidentiality agreements.
Step 2 – Sending Your Samples
- Next, send us your measurement samples. You cover the shipping costs to us – we will cover the return shipping in full. Once your samples arrive, we will confirm receipt and inform you when measurements begin.
Step 3 – Measurement
- We perform the measurements according to what was agreed upon in the initial consultation and document all results in a free measurement report. If desired, you are welcome to participate in the measurement session online.
Step 4 – Review and Handover of Results
- In a final joint meeting, we will present your measurement report and walk you through the results step by step.
Step 5 – Return of Your Samples
- After completing the feasibility study, we return all your samples to you as agreed – at no cost to you.
