In order to ensure safety we are minimizing face-to-face interactions while still striving to provide the best possible support:
- Our labs are set up for video conferencing for remote application assistance, rentals, demos and testing services. This allows you to send parts and join the measurement without the need for travel.
- While our on-site calibration services are suspended, we will provide shipping boxes to simplify the process of sending your systems to our service lab. Calibrated equipment will be disinfected prior to return.
- We are eliminating travel, in-person meetings, enabling our teams to work from home and encouraging phone interaction.
