Visualizing the sound propagation
The Acoustic Camera is the only system world-wide capable of visualizing the sound propagation in room acoustic measurements. This is provided via the Room Acoustics Module of NoiseImage.
Functions are, for example, mapping impulse responses on a 3D model of the room in question or visualizing leakages through different materials and making comparisons between them.
The optical-acoustical analysis of the data can be done by frequencies or the decay curves of individual third octave bands. Moreover, standard room acoustics parameters like Reverberation time, Early Decay Time, Clarity C80, Definition D50 and Center time can be determined.
