Polytec GmbH has appointed Dr. Alexander Huber as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective April 2026. Together with Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Alfred Link, he forms the company’s executive leadership team.
Dr. Huber has more than 25 years of experience in technology-driven markets and most recently served as CEO and Managing Director of ITK Engineering GmbH. From 2001 to 2015, he held various leadership positions at Polytec.
“For me, returning to Polytec is something special. I look forward to working with the team to actively shape the company’s next phase of development,” says Dr. Alexander Huber.
For nearly 60 years, Polytec has been developing and manufacturing solutions in optical metrology and has a global presence with its own subsidiaries and sales offices.
