Application and Calibration Development

Polytec offers tailor-made feasibility studies for your needs using various spectroscopic techniques to determine the best technology for your analytical applications.  Our application specialists can provide support with the development of custom chemometric calibrations ensuring your project is a success.

Installation & Commissioning

With decades of experience, our expert team is committed to supporting you with a smooth installation and commissioning of the spectrometer system at your site. Upon completion of the installation we offer training on hardware and software for the responsible personnel.  As needed, further individual hardware and software training courses can be provided at our site or yours.

Maintenance

Our spectrometer systems are designed for low maintenance. However, when exposed to external influences during their daily use we recommend regular maintenance in order to ensure consistently reliable, high quality measurements. Our engineers can suggest a maintenance schedule that is tuned to your measuring instrument and the conditions of its use.

Reparaturen

Für den Fall, dass Ihr System einen Defekt aufweist oder beschädigt wird, steht Ihnen das Polytec-Serviceteam für schnelle und qualitativ hochwertige Reparaturen zur Verfügung. 

Bitte fordern Sie für ein reibungslosen und schnellen Ablauf vor der Einsendung eines defekten Gerätes einen RMA-Schein (Return Material Authorization) mit Nummer bei uns an ([email protected]).
