Bragg cells – useful helpers for any laser user
Bragg cells are based on acousto-optically active materials, which can deflect laser beams in an especially effective way at a specially generated sound wave. As a result,
they produce a frequency-shifted partial beam, the intensity and deflection angle of which can be controlled electronically. They are being optimized for use as intensity modulators, frequency shifters or deflectors in an application-specific manner by means of introducing constructive measures.
All you have to do is tell us your laser’s specifications and the primary usage profile – we are more than happy to advise you during the product selection process.
