An LED light is made up of two components: a lighting head and a controller.
Controllers allow you to control the intensity, to switch lights on and off, or, in the case of strobe lights, to adjust the strobe time and strobe delay. Depending on the controller type, settings are made manually, analogously or using a variety of interfaces. Controllers come with up to four channels.
For some applications you don’t need the setting options of a standard controller. In such situations you can use a very compact “inline controller” integrated in the power supply cable instead.
If you’ve machine vision tasks that you can’t complete with its 3,000 standard products, Polytec will be able to develop products according to your individual requirements – with the usual speed and quality- together with LATAB (LAT elektronik AB), its Swedish partner company.
