Polytec 激光测振仪是精确的光学振动测量系统,操作简单、快速。工作时无需接触,因此能以完全无失真的方式测量甚至小且轻的部件上的振动。OFV-5000 模块化测振仪配置灵活,可根据客户和应用需要进行配置。我们称之为模块化,是因为可根据需要选择不同的光学头来搭配控制器,控制器内根据振动位移和速度测量的具体要求来配置不同的解码器。
OFV-5000 控制器是模块化测振仪的核心,实时解调光学头信号。用户可根据实际需求,配置不同的高性能位移解码器和速度解码器,其频率范围从 DC 到 24 MHz ,振动速度高达±25 m/s 和位移分辨率高达 0.1 pm。
用户可根据实际应用选择不同光学头:OFV-505 光学头具有极佳的光学灵敏度,带自动聚焦和远程聚焦功能。OFV-534 紧凑式光学头具有可选配摄像机相机和显微镜头的特点,让人印象深刻。OFV-551/552 光纤式光学头,甚至可以在狭窄空间条件下工作(光纤探头直径:10 mm 或 1.4 mm),还可以测量两个光纤探头的相对运动。
我们的测量原理是“对准、定位和测量”,几分钟内就可完成准备工作:连接光学头,使用 OFV-5000 触摸屏设置测量档位和滤波器,然后将光学头对准对象,在信号输出端获取振动数据。可选配 VibSoft 数据采集和评估软件,作为有效、便捷的数据分析工具,是仪器的补充。
