Polytec Diagnostic Report is an easy to use tool that collects all necessary information about the the hardware and software environment of your Polytec measurement system for a successfull support by the Polytec Customer Service.

To use this tool the Microsoft .NET Framework has to be installed, which you can download here:

QuickSupport is your direct link to the Polytec Customer Service. It's a tool for remote diagnosis and maintenance of Your Polytec measurement system

The tool requires no installation on the computer of the Polytec measurement system and can be launched directly if an internet connection is available.

2 versions are available:

• Exe file for direct execution after download
• Zipped version incase your fire wall will not allow downloads of exe files
