Micro System Analyzers ad Planar Motion Analyzers use sophisticated stroboscopic video analysis to measure planar motion of microstructures like MEMS. The  measurement process and data analysis is accomplished by means of the Planar Motion Analyzer (PMA) software, now available as release PMA 2.5. In close cooperation with the user community, new productivity features have been added to the software, including support for arbitrary, user-provided excitation signals, simplified frequency band and settings definition dialog, and enhanced data file management functionalities.
