The software package includes all the necessary commands for instrument operation, data acquisition, analysis and presentation. Outstanding 2-D and 3-D data representation can be enhanced with profile cuts and filter algorithms.

further enhances your productivity by adding features and options such as stitching for extending the measurement area or built-in line and surface parameter calculations for direct
determination of standardized roughness and surface parameters.
