IVS-200 Industrial Vibrometer Sensor
A ruggedized laser Doppler vibrometer for non-contact, on-line production vibration testing.
Esily retrofitted into existing lines because the laser interferometer optics and electronics are all contained within a single, compact and robust industrial housing (IP 64)
Enables faster, more accurate product quality monitoring and speeds up time-to-market
The new IVS-300 is a digital integrated single box vibrometer, specifically developed for non-contact vibration measurement in production test applications.
It exploits the latest digital signal processing techniques to ensure accurate and repeatable measurement from un-cooperative surfaces
Features a robust and compact design, sealed to IP-64 standard to cope with the challenges of harsh industrial areas
Specialists for challenging measurement tasks in the area of industrial product and component testing, as well as for measurement tasks which require a very high frequency bandwidth.
For industrial and lab use, compact ½ 19“ cabinet
Easy to use, predefined startup-modes and remote control of settings
Velocity or displacement configurations available; integrator option
Can be used with OFV-534, OFV-505/503 and OFV-551/552 Sensor Heads
Customers requiring a turnkey solution, that is portable, affordable and rugged will fully appreciate the advantages of the PDV-100.
Battery option for true portability and convenience at under 2.7 kg
The first stand-alone laser Doppler vibrometer to incorporate digital decoding electronics
In addition to the conventional analog output, a S/P-DIF standard digital output connects easily to sound cards, bypassing expensive data acquisition electronics
State-of-the-art measurement technology for the analysis of structural vibrations. Entire surfaces in the mm² to several m² range are rapidly scanned and automatically probed with flexible and interactively created scan grids. S
For resolving noise and vibration issues in the automotive, aerospace, commercial manufacturing and R&D markets
Full analysis of vibration data, including graphing, animation and data export
The new velocimeter is comprised of the recently developed LSV-E-300 Signal Processor and the family of LSV-I-300 measurement heads. Based on heterodyne demodulation, the LSV- 300 measures forward, backward and standstill motion conditions making it the most versatile velocimeter on the market.
The TopCam TMS 300/320 utilizes scanning white light interferometry of a sample area to generate high resolution, 3D topographical images. Surface heights (z-axis) of 40 nanometers or better can be resolved in the images. Available sample areas range from a rectangular 4.2 mm x 5.5 mm to a circular diameter of 19 mm. The TMS-300/320 comes with 3-D image analysis software, a LabVIEW driver for easy integration into existing software environments an the ability to export all datat in ASCII format.

LSV Series 6000 System
The LSV Series 6000 system combines a sensor head, a controller and software into a rugged industrial package designed specifically to measure velocity and length under the strenuous demands of mill environments.
The TopMap TMS-600/650 utilizes scanning white light interferometry to generate high resolution, 3D topographical images, over a sample area of about 30 mm x 40 mm. It produces images with a resolution of 0.01 micron or better in the z-direction, depending on surface roughness. The system also offers 3D image analysis software, a LabView driver for easy integration into existing software environments and the ability to export all data in ASCII format.
