We recommend having the instruments calibrated at regular intervals, as they can be exposed to environmental stresses while being used. Calibration gives you the assurance that you will be able to use your measurement system for a long time and remain within the limits of the original specifications. In addition, during calibration, preventative maintenance is carried out and the optical components are cleaned.
We will monitor the calibration schedule for your instruments and automatically remind you when calibration is due.

Monitoring inspection equipment is an essential part of any quality management system. It requires regular calibration of inspection equipment and traceability of measurement results.
For systems with an integrated data acquisition system (PSV, MSA), optical sensor heads and controllers are included in the hardware service; however, data management systems with peripherals are not covered. We would be glad to offer you a service package for these components on request.
Special service packages apply to systems that are in continuous use (process integration or 100% quality inspection). Please contact us for specific details.
Not included in the scope of hardware service benefits are calibration or repair work which becomes necessary due to applications which are outside of the intended or normal use of the equipment.
The software services apply for a period of one year. Calendar years where no contract was active must be ordered retrospectively when taking up the
software service again.
The software services only provide benefits that apply to Polytec software. Updates of operating systems and upgrades of the data acquisition systems are not included in the scope of benefits.
