Constructed for demanding inline process applications, these modular systems are designed for use with one (RC-801) or two (RC-802) lamps. They allow quick continuous curing with a low level of heat development. A wide range of parameters can be varied to allow optimal adaptation to the process. For example, you can select the lamp spectrum, the pulse rate, the power supply rating or the cable lengths. It is also possible to operate the patented InterWeave^TM, the lamps flashing alternately in continuous dual operation for greater throughput.

The 6 KW power supply provides high pulse rates of up to 25 pulses/sec. with pulse energies of 207 Joules. This allows quick curing processes to be realized. Precise control of the UV pulses also allows precisely defined, constant pulse energies. An example application is curing protective coatings on Blu-Ray Discs^TM.

In contrast to the modular concept of the 800 and 900 series, the RC-847 is supplied with an integrated controller, high voltage power supply, timer and front panel controls. This means it is easy to set up and can be operated with one or two lamps. It is also possible to operate the patented InterWeave^TM, the lamps flashing alternately in continuous dual operation for greater throughput.
