This test stand makes single-point and differential measurements on small and delicate objects straightforward and easy. It features a zoom CCD video camera for real-time sample observation and 4-axis beam adjustment for optimum measurement results. The OFV-T-031 interfaces with OFV-55x Fiber-Optic Vibrometer Sensor Heads and can be configured for vertical and horizontal measurments.

Measurement setup is quickly done in 2 steps:

Firstly, the test stand head assembly – comprising the video camera and 2 receptacles for the fiber probes – is aligned in 3 axis to get a good live video image of the sample.

Secondly, the measurement beam (and the reference beam for differential measurements) are adjusted independently in X, Y, Tip and Tilt to hit the point of interest of the sample while getting an optimum signal level.
